Some people have a hard time fulfilling their occupational duties because of disabilities, behavioral and physical problems. These people have a disadvantage and lose out on chances to live like others. Everyone deserves the chance to learn no matter what their disadvantage. Occupational Therapy is teaching in some of its finest points. While doing this type of therapy the patient is receiving help with their cognitive, physical and motor skills. My mission as an Occupational Therapist will be to change lives in a ridiculously positive way. Although I want to work with all ages I want to focus more on children. All children are our future so all of them deserve a chance to function in this future. I want to be able to help my clients change their lives in many different ways. I want to know that my client will be able to fulfill their occupational duties no matter the age or disability. Using some of the same skills as a teacher, I will be changing the lives of many.

Title: Who am I, Who I’m going to Be.

Purpose

This assignment was designed for the student to think about their present and their future. It gives the student the opportunity to think about their education, careers and life goals. This assignment will give students the chance to learn more about their classmates and themselves.

Introduction

We usually think we know who we and other people are by looking at them. But do they now who they are and who’ll they’ll be. Do you know who you are and going to be? Could you make a presentation on yourself that excitingly explains it all?

Task

Student will be given a three days to create a PowerPoint presentation on their current lives and their futures.

Process

Monday student will be asked think about and write down what things about themselves do they want in presentation.

Tuesday student will be asked to research career choice by visiting various websites.

Wednesday student will be asked to begin creating their presentation beginning with title including name and period, number of slides, animations, and number of pictures.

Thursday students will be asked to wrap-up presentations by completing any unfinished work for presentation.

Friday student will present to class using Smart board.

Copying and Pasting on the Smartboard
Grade 5 English

OBJECTIVE
Students will be learning how to copy and paste when using the Smartboard about foods from different cultures while learning how to use the certain features of the Smartboard.

TASK
As a class students will be finding four different types of foods that they will be copying and pasting it to a new Microsoft Word doc. Then individual writing down steps taken to accomplish this.

PROCESS
· Using the Smartboard keyboard type in google.com and type food in search bar.

· Select images option on site using your finger

· Select a picture of your food

· Touch the Capture Button, then drag your finger over the picture of the food

· Open the Smartboard notebook located at bottom right hand corner of board, right click the picture you want and select copy

· Open up the blank word document, right click and and select paste

· Under picture write down the name of food using the Smartboard pen

· Click the plus sign that has the N (in the upper left hand corner next to format bar) and convert
your handwriting into computer text.

· Save work into class folder and print.

· On piece of a paper write down steps taken to accomplish the pasting.
